BLOCK PARTY!

A high energy street dance performance will take over Carlow Town Park during the Éigse festival Carnival Day. Block Party! is full of zest, colour, imagination and fun for the whole family. Merging the worlds of dance, music and architecture, Dance Theatre of Ireland has toured this highly entertaining work to rave receptions from festivals and audiences all over the world.

The performance will immerse you in a vibrant world of entertainment with amazing dancers, explosive percussion and 32 giant-sized toy blocks – a movable arrangement with a design more clever than a Rubik’s Cube. It’s a feast for the eyes and the senses, for the adult and the child (in you). Don’t Miss it!
